Neurovex ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Lumina Colors mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

TL;DR: We don't collect, store, or share your personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data You Create

When you use Lumina Colors, you create color palettes that are stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Color palette data (hex codes, names, harmony modes)
• App preferences (theme settings, color count preferences)
• Saved palettes in your library

Important: All data is stored locally using on-device storage (Hive database). We do not have access to your data, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Any data that could identify you

How Your Data Is Stored

Local Storage Only

All color palettes and app settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted local database storage. Your data:

• ✅ Stays on your device
• ✅ Is never uploaded to our servers (we don't have servers)
• ✅ Is not shared with third parties
• ✅ Is not accessible to us or anyone else

No Cloud Sync

Lumina Colors does not use cloud storage or sync services. If you delete the app, your saved palettes are permanently deleted from your device.

Data Sharing & Export

When You Choose to Share

When you use the "Export" or "Share" features:

• Color palettes are exported to files (PNG, CSS, JSON, etc.) on your device
• You control where these files are saved or shared using your device's native share functionality
• We do not receive copies of exported files

Third-Party Services

The App uses your device's native sharing capabilities (iOS Share Sheet). When you share a palette:

• Data is transmitted directly to the app or service you select (Messages, Mail, Files, etc.)
• We do not track or monitor what you share or where you share it
• Third-party apps you share to have their own privacy policies

Third-Party Libraries

Lumina Colors uses open-source libraries for core functionality:

• Hive – Local database (data stays on device)
• Flutter SDK – App framework (no data collection)
• URL Launcher – Opens external links (no tracking)

These libraries do not collect personal data or transmit information to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Lumina Colors does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, there is no risk to children's privacy.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your data:

Your locally stored data is protected by:

• iOS/iPadOS security features (device encryption, sandboxed storage)
• No network transmission (data never leaves your device)
• No third-party access

We recommend securing your device with a passcode or biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for additional protection.

International Users

Lumina Colors is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device, no data crosses international borders. Your data stays in your region under your device's jurisdiction.

App Store Privacy Practices

When you download Lumina Colors from the Apple App Store:

• Apple may collect purchase information (App Store account, payment details)
• This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours
• We do not have access to your App Store purchase information beyond anonymous sales reports
